AI assistant for customer service and internal knowledge
A chatbot that answers from your own documents. For customers on your website or for your team on the intranet. GDPR-compliant and hosted in Germany.
The problem
The same questions land in support every day. Opening hours, shipping, invoices, instructions. Your team answers them by hand again and again. And internally, the knowledge is scattered across manuals, PDFs and emails. Anyone looking for an answer first asks colleagues or digs through old folders.
- The same questions tie up support time every day.
- Internal knowledge sits in documents no one searches quickly.
- New staff take a long time to find everything.
- Customers wait for answers that have long been written down somewhere.
The solution
We set up a chatbot that answers from your own documents. You decide whether it's for customers or for your team. It knows your content, answers in seconds and points to the source. Everything runs on a server in Germany.
- Answers from your own documents, not from the open internet.
- For customers on the website or for staff in the internal area.
- Names the source so every answer stays verifiable.
- GDPR-compliant, hosted in a German data centre.
How it works
- 01
Collect documents
You give us the documents the bot should answer from. Manuals, FAQs, instructions, internal notes. We prepare them.
- 02
Set up the bot
We connect the bot to your documents and match its tone and look to your brand. Usually ready to use within one to three weeks.
- 03
Embed and use
The bot goes on your website or into the intranet. We keep the content in shape so the answers stay up to date.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the bot get its answers?
Only from the documents you give it. It doesn't search the open internet. It names the source for every answer so you can verify it.
What happens when the bot doesn't know something?
It says so instead of guessing. On request it hands off to your team or offers a contact form. That way customers never get a made-up answer.
Is this GDPR-compliant?
Yes. The bot runs on a server in Germany, your content stays there. We sign a data processing agreement with you and set everything up in line with data protection rules.
Can we use the bot for customers and internally?
Yes. You can run a public version for customers and an internal one for your team, each with its own documents and permissions.
How do we keep the answers up to date?
When your documents change, we update the bot's content. That's included in the operation package. On request we show your team how to add content themselves.
See the bot with an example from your industry.
We set up a short demo with real content and show you how the bot answers. No obligation.
